There has been an increased demand in Perth’s luxury market with REIWA announcing the top 10 Perth suburbs to watch in 2018 include North Fremantle, Applecross & Dalkeith. All 3 suburbs have seen a price growth above 20% in the past 12 months.
"Perth’s highly prized suburbs are leading the way in the recovery of the WA market," said REIWA President Hayden Groves.
It appears buyers are recognising now is the time to secure a family home in aspirational areas previously out of their reach.
